Seeded Feta Bites

These substantial cheese bites will keep holiday party guests from imbibing on an empty stomach, and besides, who doesn't love a little interactive food experience? Set out cubes of feta that guests can skewer and roll in a fragrant blend of sumac, sesame seeds, and flaky sea salt.

Ingredients :

    ⅓ cup toasted sesame seeds
    1 ½ teaspoons ground sumac
    ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, such as Jacobsen
    1 pound mild feta, cut into ¾-inch cubes

Direction :

    Combine sesame seeds, sumac, and salt in a small bowl. To serve, use skewers or toothpicks to dip feta into seed mixture.
