Tropical-Fruit Juice Salad

This colorful, quick salad with kiwi, pineapple, and your favorite citrus, provides fiber (juice doesn't). Cut the citrus into pinwheels for the prettiest look (see Cook's Note, below).

Ingredients :

    1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
    1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
    1 cup sliced citrus pinwheels, such as blood orange, Cara Cara orange, or grapefruit
    Ginger-Lemon Dressing

Direction :

    Combine fruits in a bowl; drizzle with dressing.
